SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our delivery fees are based on the distance of the delivery address from our store. The cost of delivery will vary for each of our online orders. Each of the orders made by customers on our online store are delivered by courier to the address of the customer.

On checkout customers have the option of selecting to have their order delivered by Sherpa couriers or to pick up their order in store at by utilising our click and collect service.

What Are The Delivery Charges?

Our delivery fees are based on the distance of the delivery address from our store. The cost of delivery will vary for each of our online orders. The cost of delivery will be calculated on checkout and added to the cost of the order. 

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Delivery of orders from our online store normally occurs 2 hours or less after an order is placed.

Will I Receive an Invoice For My Order?

When a customers places an order on our site they will immediately receive an itemised invoice via email.

What If A Product I Order Is Out Of Stock?

If an item you purchase from our online store is out of stock and can not be included in your delivery you will receive a refund for the full cost of the item which will be credited to card that you used to pay for your order.
