Our delivery fees are based on the distance of the delivery address from the location of our store and how soon the customer requires their order delivered. The cost of delivery will vary for each of our online orders.
The cost of delivery will be calculated when the customer enters their delivery address on checkout and added to the cost of the order.
Orders must be placed by 8:00pm for the customer to receive their order on the same day.
Online orders received after 8:00pm will be delivered at the earliest convenient delivery time on the following day.
On checkout customers have the option of selecting to have their order delivered in either 2 hours, 4 hours or same day. Orders must be placed by 8:0pm for the customer to receive their order on the same day. Online orders received after 8:00pm will be delivered at the earliest convenient delivery time on the following day.
When a customers places an order on our site they will immediately recieve an itemized invoice via email.
We use an advanced firewall and security software as well as secure socket layering to ensure that all of your data is protected.
We also host our website on the worlds most secure web hosting servers and use the worlds most secure content delivery network to provide our customers with an extra layer of protection.
These measures help ensure that our online store is amongst the most secure websites on the internet and that our customers data is protected to the highest level of diligence.
If an item you purchase from our online store is out of stock and can not be included in your delivery a note will be included on your invoice regarding this and you will receive a refund for the full cost of the item which will be credited to card that you used to pay for your order.
The staff at Frankston Grocery will prepare your order for you prior to it being picked up from the store and delivered by a courier from Sherpa.
Sherpa are one of Australia’s leading courier networks and service national retailers including Woolworths and BWS.
We offer delivery from the time we open until 2 hours before we close. Any orders that are made outside of our delivery period will be immediately dispatched at the next available time slot.
If it is possible you may not be home during the expected time of your delivery it is important that you include details as to where you would like the delivery driver to leave your order in the section labeled “special instructions” which is displayed during the checkout process.
If no instructions are left and nobody is not available at the delivery address to accept an order placed through our online store the delivery driver will leave the goods in the most discreet location possible. Should this occur The Frankston Corner Shop shall not be liable for any damage or loss incurred.
We have no minimum order and our online customers are free to order as little or as much as they desire.
Customers can order any of the items we have posted for sale on our online store or alternatively you can finalise and complete your purchase online and collect it from the store using our click and collect service.
Click and collect orders can be picked up in as little as one hour after the order is placed.
Customers can order from our online store using our click and collect service and pick up their order (in as little as 1 hours after the order is placed) from the front counter of our store.
Be sure to have your invoice ready to show our staff on pickup or submit instructions when you place the order regarding whom will be collecting it.
